WHAT DOES MY REGISTRATION PAY FOR? -7 weeks of 3-4 x week coached swim, bike and run sessions all lead by certified triathlon coaches and tri experienced mentors. - Group Training Plan - Tri Kit and access to gear you may not have or want to spend $ on. - Bike rental availability through HUB CYCLE - Group support through private Facebook group -Swim technique, Road Bike Rules, Run Form Clinic and Transition Clinic -A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE being surrounded by like minded women who are looking to challenge themselves!

WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND SESSIONS? You’ll receive a group training plan so that you can do workouts on your own

Goggles Swim Cap (Provided) Tri Kit (Provided or loaned) Bike (Road preferred but mtb is fine) Helmet Run Shoes OPTIONAL Bathing Suit if you don’t want to swim in your tri kit Kick board/ pull buoy (if you want to swim on your own) GPS watch to keep track of distance and pace Clipless Pedals and Bike Shoes
