When you have 150 family members in your corner supporting, encouraging and celebrating you the journey becomes a little less daunting and accomplishments more satisfying.

2021-22 ALL WOMEN, ALL ABILITIES.
Join Coach Skye Johnson and the Tri with Skye crew for a Group Run Training Session, just for WOMEN! The goal of the session is to build confidence in running and have fun making new running friends! Throughout the 3 months we will explore the Greater Jacksonville area on foot and attend a few 5Ks, a 10K and even a HALF Marathon if you want a challenge! There's nothing better than racing with plenty of support on the course!
Session dates: November 1, 2021- February 6 ,2022 (Tues/Wed am intervals runs) (Saturday am long runs) (bi- monthly Monday bridge challenge runs)
Price: $125- includes a group training plan, bi-weekly interval workouts, supported Saturday long runs and a few surprises a long the way! This program will also focus on functional strength and flexibility for injury prevention.
